Beginning with the formation of an organizational comittee, strategic planning and fundraising activities were successful in securing the purchase of five digital cameras. A program was established to teach adolescent youth from an underserved city in Paraguay technical and creative skills of photography as a means of self-expression and exploration. Seminars encouraged students to compare and contrast their own photographs with those of their peers as well as photographs from famous photographers from throughout the world. Included are examples of results from the class.
